The most recent reports state that Taylor Swift will be making her big-screen comeback alongside Anya Taylor-Joy and a host of other celebrities.

Swift will co-star with Christian Bale, John David Washington, Margot Robbie, Alessandro Nivola, Rami Malek, Anna Taylor-Joy, Michael Shannon, Zoe Saldana, Mike Myers, Chris Rock, and Robert De Niro in the film, which was first reported by Showbiz 411 on May 30 and later verified by Collider on June 1. The film is David O. Russell’s first since Joy was released in 2015. It is rumored to be a period piece that takes place during the Great Depression, however 20th Century Studios has not yet confirmed this or the exact release date.
