The SAG-AFTRA strikes made Venice less popular, but those who did come made a statement by wearing high-voltage diamonds to events and on the red carpet. As an ambassador for Armani, Sweeney typically wore “less is more” when it came to her jewelry, but for this particular event, she went all out. 

She wore a full-skirt black gown from the house with a strapless black dress with a flowery lace bodice. She accessorized with a gorgeous Bulgari necklace that fit into the current trend of diamond statement necklaces and perfectly matched the classic, romantic beauty of her dress. The platinum Bulgari High Jewelry necklace featured brilliant cut, marquise, oval, and pave set diamonds.
